Paintless Dent Repair

Paintless dent repair. Ok, here is the scoop here. If you happen to have an unfortunate event where your vehicle gets a bump, or a bruise, as long as the paint is not damaged… We can fix. If the paint is cracked, scratched to the metal, or comprimised in some way, It will need to be repainted. If it is NOT.. Then it is a candidate for PDR (paintless dent removal) which is the BEST option as it allows us to fix the metal back to a factory finish without replacing the factory paint (which diminishes the vehicles value I don’t care who you talk to). PDR is ALWAYS a better option for dent repair provided the technician can facilitate the repair needed. The bigger and deeper the repair, the more reputable PDR technician you should find. Do NOT find a 3-5 year technician for a dent that is bigger than your head. Especially if it encompasses body lines etc…. PDR is a solid option if your paint is not damaged.

Interior Repair & Restoration

Interior Repair is a good idea if you plan on keeping your vehicle to a standard that matches your expectations. If you smoke cigarettes and burn holes in it constantly, then it is NOT a good idea until you are ready to trade your vehicle in. Fresh or undamaged seats will give you the best value possible when trading or selling your vehicle.

Ceramic Coating Installation

Theres a lot of hype in this section about what Ceramic covers. Its a sell word these days such as “gluten free” or “organic” etc… Ceramic is awesome at repelling weather or natures elements however it does NOT make your vehicle bulletproof as Ive noticed some are lead to believe (no fault of their own). We educate people on the reality of the product as well as the price of installing. Its a great option if you are just interested in a supercharged wax however it will NOT offer the same protection as PPE or 3M protective film (these replaced the front end “bra’s” that you 80’s and 90’s kids saw on the front of vehicles that were made of leather) Prices should range from 450 to 1450. There are some companies that charge 2750+++ and claim to dedicate the bill to hours and hours of polishing to new vehicles but this is fluff. Do your research I ALWAYS encourage this.

Paint Correction

This section is pretty simple… If you have a scratch on your vehicle and your curious… Close your eyes and run your fingernail over the scratch.. Did you feel it?

IF Yes, Then the scratch is most likely in the paint and will be very difficult or impossible to buff out. Touch up or repaint recommended.

IF No, then your “scratch” should most likely buff out and no lasting damage should occur should you maintain the paint properly from this point forward.

Headlight Restoration

Many different ways to fix this. There are the crap kits from the local supply stores in which you wipe on and wipe off in order to fully restore the finish…. OK. This will look great for a couple weeks. Proper refinishers have a couple methods.

Wetsand buff and polish to a shine and then seal with ceramic (remember that stuff we talked about earlier?)
Wetsand and clear coat the headlight.

Each of the legit methods should last about a year and give you a break on price of new headlights as well as some additional lighting on the streets as you drive at night. Replacement is always an option as well. If you have poor visibility recommended to switch to HID’s or LED Bulbs. Trust me.

Wheel Repair

Wheel Repair, finally. This is the section I know pretty well and advocate safety over everything when it breaches into cracks bends warps etc…

If its simply cosmetic don’t go buy the kits from Wally World or part stores. They are a knock off and I thought about making those about 10 years ago. (Wishing I did now LOL)

In reality if you want to refinish your wheels, lets say you curbed a wheel “at the bank” because thats where it always happens… its a fairly easy fix in which we grind the wheel flat, sand it to “feather” the damage out to where its not noticable… then, we clean, prep and paint the wheel using the same process you would on repainting a damaged panel on your car. Yes the paint on your wheels is the same on your car. Base Clear. Hit me with questions please.
